Wired Assurance

Wired Assurance enables integration of Juniper EX switches into the Mist Dashboard.

Similar to the Wi-Fi Assurance service, Service Level Expectations are extended to cable networks.
Metrics such as firmware compliance, AP affinity, power compliance, port assignments and VLANs are displayed in the dashboard.
In combination with the Virtual Network Assistant Marvis, cable networks are also included in the proactive network monitoring.

The Wi-Fi with assurance service supports Wi-Fi optimisation and maintenance.

Automation of processes to save time and money.
This offers you the chance to define service level expectations quickly and easily, and to check that they are being adhered to.
Simple tool for root cause analysis and remedial action – beyond the limits of wireless networks, cable-connected networks and device domains.
Dynamic packet capturing makes searching for errors easier.

WAN Assurance

With WAN Assurance, Mist provides visibility into your corporate network beyond the local network.

Supports Juniper SRX gateways.
Enables definition and monitoring of Service Level Expectations for WAN Link Health, Application Experience, and Gateway Health.
Integrates with Marvis Virtual Network Assistant for AI-powered, proactive problem resolution.

Virtual Network Assistant

Marvis, the Virtual Network Assistant, is designed to be an interface between people and machines. The artificial intelligence translates the information from the Dashboard into natural language and presents it in a form which is easy to understand.

It uses feature ranking, data mining and other tools to provide a detailed insight into the behaviour of clients, locations and networks.
Marvis is able to proactively detect anomalies in the network and evaluate whether events correlate.
Marvis is able to suggest solutions in the case of problems and faults.

User Engagement

Uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to provide indoor navigation and proximity messaging.

The indoor navigation can guide customers and staff with a precision of up to 1 m and latencies of less than a second.
The proximity messaging enables digital interaction with customers.
The User Engagement service can be integrated seamlessly into other services and programs, thanks to an SDK with open API.

Asset Visibility

When combined with Bluetooth tags, the Asset Visibility service can be used to implement a Real-Time-Location-System (RTLS).

The Asset Visibility service can be used to track the movements of assets and people.
Documents detailed analysis data regarding data transport patterns.
Eliminates proprietary RTLS solutions and expensive overlay systems.

Premium Analytics

Premium Analytics offers a comprehensive data analysis program which is able to process data from cloud services as well as from third-party services and third-party devices.

Data analysis helps you make well-founded decisions about the development of your networks.
The service can record and process data over a period of 12 months.
Enables detailed reports about the use of your networks.

Risk Profiling

Risk Profiling lets you keep an eye on security at the access edge, in the office as well as the home office.

With Risk Profiling, you include Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention (ATP) Cloud as a service in Mist.
Receive alerts from the ATP Cloud and avert threats with just one click.
Mist AI assesses the risk of infection for users and devices and enables them to be quarantined quickly.

IoT Assurance

IoT Assurance simplifies the management of IoT devices on the network.

MAC-less onboarding and monitoring of IoT devices via MPSK. Integration with mobile device management systems is possible thanks to API.
